My tutus are made on unlined crochet tops and glitter panels are added to the front. The tops are also felt backed to ensure the design does not cause any irritation to your little one.

This tutu is designed at ankle length so if you could provide me with the measurement from waistline to ankle, I can make the dress accordingly.

Made to order only.

Sponge clean only, cannot machine wash.

Being handmade, no two dresses are identical. There will be variations in embellishments, such as bows or flowers from time to time. I do my utmost to match embellishments as closely as possible to the design on the listings but I reserve the right to use similar products should I need to due to unforeseen circumstances.

As all my dresses are handmade to order so I am always willing to alter/add things to suit your requirements. Please feel free to contact me regarding any changes you wish to make, please note: there may be an additional fee depending on what is required.

Refunds are not accepted on any dress unless your item is faulty and refunds will be processed upon return of your dress. I do not offer refunds for tutus that are too small. I always suggest sending in a measurement around your child's waist and one from their belly button to their ankle to ensure a perfect fit.

Please note that postage/shipping times are estimates. Delays can occur due to a number of factors which are out of my control. Allow 4-5 weeks (UK) or 6-8 (Worldwide) for delivery. This can be longer during busy periods such as Halloween/Christmas. Please contact myself before ordering if you would like this item before a particular date so I can check if it is possible.

Worst Experience of my Life
My Epson printer had problems with it's software in early mid April, while trying to resolve the software glitch which I could not, I found that every picture I had scanned for some time had lines running through it and no cleaning process or other process that Epson had would get rid of it, and everything I had scanned for my project, was ruined. I sent the machine to Asurion following their instructions and explaining the issues. They sent it back to me after a month saying they had double checked and fixed everything, I spent some time setting it all back up, only to find that exactly the same two issues were still present and the machine was unusable. I sent in a second request, this time they sent it back to me a month later saying they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Hooked it up again, same problem. I complained numerous times asked for them to warranty the item; they would not unless I sent it back to them and they kept it and then they would give me a credit on my amazon account to buy a new one. I packed it up and drove to UPS a third time and mailed it back to them, after about three weeks they sent me a note that they had it and that they were sending it back to me as they couldn't find anything wrong. Three times I ha filled out their entire sheet with product, date of purchase, problems detailed, receipts, picture of the lines in the photos that it was making over all the scanned photos. Then after two weeks of back and forth they sent me a message telling me they couldn't warranty it until I filled all this information out again on line. Then they told me they couldn't read the tiny print off the receipt printed off the Amazon site, which I cannot change. I then blew up the receipts and circled everything and sent it back to them again...of course they already had now five copies of this same information, they had paid for postage three times to NY and back to fix it and they still aren't able to process a payment to me????? Finally I get a call from a gentleman telling me that I will have a credit to my Amazon Card in 72 hours. Great. Then he calls me back the next day and says the warranty team has decided they would not warranty the item and credit me but they will mail me a check in 7 to 10 days. After over four months of this I received a check...will it bounce? I don't know yet. My project that I was working on was for my mother's Celebration of Life, I could not do what I wanted to do for her, this caused me emotional pain, as well as the obvious frustration of four months of aggravation and complete and total ineptitude on their part.

I bought a four year replacement policy on my modem and two years into its lifespan it stopped working. I trouble shot with the company but we eventually determined it was dead.
