Aglaonema grow wild in the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia and are part of the Araceae family. Known for their easy-care nature, these tropical perennials thrive in bright, indirect light and tolerate a range of home conditions. Varieties with lighter, more colourful leaves prefer brighter spots, while darker forms adapt well to lower light levels.
Allow the top few centimetres of soil to dry before watering again and feed monthly during spring and summer. Avoid cold draughts or overwatering.
